Disonance Recordings was created in 2001 to give more control of the music to the musicians and less to the corporate entities in the music industry.They were given the power to reach audiences with new sounds and new ideas, but instead choose to dull your senses and dumb your mind so that they can take your dollar and steal your dime. This shift in power means that songs are more true to the artist's original conceptions and equal a higher level of quality of songs.
